Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage day-to-day PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for the US and Canadian markets.
- Implement campaign changes including ad copy updates, keyword additions and exclusions, bid adjustments, and extension management.
- Conduct regular Search Query Report (SQR) analysis to identify negative keywords and new search term opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, flagging anomalies and escalating issues to the Senior Paid Search Specialist.
- Build and maintain performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Support A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters, documenting results and recommendations.
- Assist with audience management, including remarketing lists and audience segmentation across campaigns.
- Support the implementation of GDN, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns as directed.




- Assist with budget tracking and pacing, flagging overspend or under pacing risks in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, new features, and paid search best practices.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid search, managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Working knowledge of SA360 (Search Ads 360) for campaign management and reporting.
- Solid understanding of bidding strategies, match types, and keyword optimization.
- Experience conducting SQR analysis and managing keyword lists.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and produce clear reports.
- Familiarity with digital measurement platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and a methodical approach to optimization.
