Requirements:
- Updated adecuado profile: 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR
/ SDR / call center / outboundprospecting)
- Native or bilingual English, FluentDutch
- Residence in Spain mandatory;
- Availability aligned with US schedule.
Not prioritized: pure CX/Support/Customer Success profiles without commercial experience, career-changers transitioning intosales,orvery senior profiles.
Relocation Details
Candidate must already reside in Spain (mandatory), including those assigned to international markets (e.g. German market).
Training is required that lastsapprox. 4 weeks / first month fully on-site in Madrid. Afterwards approx. once a month on-site (travel and associated expenses covered).
Additional Job Information
- Full sales-cycle role.Volume: ~80-100 calls/day.
- Hybrid 50% (available after reaching at least 70% of target).
