Job Description
As a Marketing Coordinator , you'll support the delivery of marketing activities across the business and region. This is a permanent role, ideal for a marketing coordinator who enjoys being close to execution, working with structure and detail, and building experience within a collaborative, fast‐paced team.
This role is a key enabler for the marketing plan execution, ensuring smooth coordination of materials, events, logistics, and cross‐functional activities in a regulated MedTech environment. The position also involves interaction with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)



in compliance with applicable industry regulations.
Your responsibilities:
- Support execution of marketing plans by coordinating materials, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage development, adaptation, approval (Medical, Legal, Regulatory), and distribution of marketing content and assets
- Maintain and update marketing tools, content libraries, and sales enablement materials in line with compliance standards
- Track budgets, manage purchase orders, and support invoice processing
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors (onboarding, contracts, deliverables follow-up)
- Organize and support congresses, workshops, and events in collaboration with internal teams (e.G., Professional Education)
- Handle event logistics including registrations, travel arrangements, materials, and onsite coordination
- Support post‐event follow‐up, reporting, and performance tracking
- Manage operational logis
