We are looking for a Customer Service specialistwho will support the team with
- Customer Service
- Telephone Answering unit
- Order management
- Direct contact with transportation agencies, track shipments
- Incidents management orders / shipping
- Maintenance and updating databases
- Pre notice to customers before they detect the incidence
The Person
- Operative and communicative
- Person with ability to work in team
- Ability to listen and transmit customer information
- Kindness in the treatment of others
- Person with capacity to assume criticisms and adapt to new procedures
- Good level in Excel
- Knowledge of other software's (ESKER, EDICOM)
- SAP knowledge
- Experience in customer service and management of incidents
