To reinforce our team, we are looking for a:

Intern/Trainee Communication Strategist/Conceptioner on-site in Berlin

Your responsibilities:

· Development of creative campaigns and communication strategies for clients from the fields of politics, nation branding, tourism and business, from the German and international markets

· Liaise with mc Group´s staff and other external stakeholders to develop and implement a robust communication strategy

· Support the tendering process, from the reception of the brief to the submission of the proposal

· Coordinate priorities and resources among multiple projects

· Ensure high quality of communication strategies developed for the tender processes.

· Prepare work plans and budgets,



and support the bid team in the development of proposals

· Compile proposal documents in a structured format as per the standards of the tendering institution in a timely manner

Your profile:

· At least a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, public relations or journalism

· 1 year of PR Experience in preparing communication strategies or experience in account management

· Comprehensive experience and understanding of the Bid Management process would be an asset

· Professional account management skills

· A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal skills

· An ability to successfully manage change in a fast-paced environment

· You have excellent English written and spoken skills. German is considered an asset.
