Brussels-based - Long-term freelance assignment (9-12 months+) - Hybrid working

We're looking for an experienced UX Copywriter to shape clear, accessible, and user-friendly digital experiences across web, app, customer portals, and emerging AI-powered journeys.

What you'll do

- Write and optimise UX content in Dutch and English
- Create clear, concise, and accessible customer-facing copy
- Improve content based on user feedback, analytics, and testing
- Define and maintain content standards, tone of voice, and governance
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Research, and Development teams
- Help shape content for AI-driven and conversational experiences

What we're looking for

- 5+ years' experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy
- Excellent Dutch and English writing skills




- Experience working on complex digital products or services
- Strong understanding of content design, accessibility, and UX principles
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and challenging requirements
- Experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Exposure to AI-assisted content creation or conversational design is a plus

Contract Details

- 9-12 month rolling
