We are looking for an Assistant Loss Prevention Manager to support the daily operations of the Security and Loss Prevention department. This role is responsible for helping protect guests, associates, company assets, and facilities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, emergency procedures, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management of security, loss prevention, fire safety, and emergency preparedness programs.

Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and regular audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and emergency equipment.

Assist in the investigation of incidents, accidents, complaints, and security-related matters, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Coordinate emergency response procedures and support accident and fire prevention initiatives.

Maintain all required records, certifications, reports, and compliance documentation.

Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Deliver training and awareness programs on safety, security, emergency response, and first aid.

Support claims management and help protect company assets by monitoring liability and workers’ compensation cases.

Prepare reports and communicate relevant security and safety updates to management.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Security, Loss Prevention, Safety, or a related field.

Knowledge of investigations, incident management, emergency response, and asset protection.

Experience with security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarms, and surveillance technology.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and risk management practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
