We are looking for a proactive, customer-oriented and data-driven B2B Customer Success Representative to manage a portfolio of dealers in german speaker countries. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence and strong commercial relationships.

The B2B Customer Success Representative will manage a portfolio of dealers, ensuring smooth order execution, strong relationships and high service levels. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service • Act as the main point of contact for operational and service-related topics Perform order entry in SAP (ERP system)
