You'll use your product knowledge and natural confidence with people to create a warm, personalised experience, understanding what each customer needs and bringing our brands to life in an engaging and authentic way.



You'll already have experience working in beauty, alongside a background in retail or sales in a customer-facing environment. You don't need to know every brand inside out but you should be curious, open to feedback, and willing to step outside your comfort zone.

That could be demonstrating products, supporting in-store events, or speaking to small groups.
