Keep everything in good working order as a CHIEF ENGINEER (m/f/d). Together with your team, you will be on hand whenever there is a problem: whether it's heating, ventilation or plumbing, you and your technical skills can always be relied upon. You will keep the technical equipment and systems in good working order and, as a professional, ensure that everything runs smoothly and properly in the technical and maintenance department.

You should bring the following with you:
- Completed training in a technical xugodme field (e.G. heating, ventilation, plumbing or electrical engineering)
- Management experience
- Experience in building management
- Good knowledgeof PCsandMS Office
- Ability to work independently, flexibility, teamwork and reliability
