As a Client Portfolio Manager in Madrid, you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, structuring and executing FX hedging, payments, and cash management solutions. You collaborate with a large sales team to tailor offerings, while continuously expanding wallet-share and minimizing churn. You’ll advise clients with bespoke strategies, staying ahead of competition and feeding insights back to product and tech teams.

- Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the client proposition and wallet-share

Responsabilidades

- Strong Financial Services experience in sales or relationship management
- Existing network of contacts is advantageous
- Experience in FX institution and/or bank or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporates
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements
- Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills to win commitment

- Proven track record in upselling, cross-selling and new client acquisition
- Skilled negotiator capable of engaging senior-level stakeholders
- Fluency in Spanish and business-level English
