We are looking for a commercially driven Commercial Manager with proven experience in Car Rental Insurance , strong sales and business development capabilities , and ideally a background in the travel industry . The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new partners, growing existing accounts, and delivering revenue growth through innovative insurance solutions. This is a revenue-focused commercial role for someone who understands insurance distribution, partnership management, and the travel and mobility landscape.

Location: Remote within Spain. Drive commercial growth by identifying, developing,



and closing new business opportunities. Build and manage relationships with car rental companies, mobility providers, travel partners, and digital distribution channels.

Lead commercial negotiations and secure revenue-generating partnerships. Grow existing accounts, maximizing conversion, attach rates, and overall revenue performance. Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial management roles with clear revenue responsibility.

Strong experience in Car Rental Insurance , vehicle protection products, or mobility-related insurance solutions.

Experience working with or selling to car rental companies, mobility providers, or travel businesses . Demonstrated success in building pipelines, negotiating commercial agreements, and achieving sales targets. Strong commercial and relationship management skills. Knowledge of insurance distribution models and embedded insurance solutions is a plus.
