you will provide valuable insights that support informed decision making and strengthen the overall control environment.As a Compliance Assurance Senior Manager you will have the opportunity to: Lead the development and execution of a risk-based Compliance Assurance plan aligned with regulatory requirements, compliance risks, and business priorities across the Region.Manage and oversee assurance reviews across multiple compliance risk areas, ensuring delivery to the highest quality standards.Assess the effectiveness of compliance controls, governance arrangements, and risk mitigation activities.Provide independent challenge and insight to business management on compliance risks, control weaknesses, and remediation actions.Prepare and present assurance reports, thematic reviews, and management information to senior stakeholders and governance committees.Support the Compliance Risk Assessment process by identifying emerging risks, trends, and areas requiring additional assurance focus.Drive continuous improvement of assurance methodologies, testing techniques, reporting standards, and quality assurance practices.8+ years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Assurance,
