Key Company Facts

On-site role, based in Munich , Barcelona , or Vienna

Current ARR: ~€5M → Target: €30M ARR within 12 months

Growth: ~40% month-over-month

Team: ~40 employees → scaling to 80–100

Marketing Budget: currently €400k–700k/month → scaling to €1.5M+/month

Markets: DACH core , expanding across EU, UK, US & beyond

GTM: Product-led growth with strong self-serve focus

What makes this role stand out

You're not one of many marketers on a content team — you are the content team for your language market: Dutch, French, Polish, German or Italian

Full ownership : from website copy to ad scripts to influencer deals, every piece of content in your language goes through you

No committee, no approval chains — you decide and execute

Your Responsibilities

Write and optimize copy for the website and landing pages in your language

Script ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, adapted for your target audience

Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships in your market





Run the social channels for your language with a consistent posting cadence

Own localization for your market — adapt general campaigns and product messaging to land with your audience

What You Bring

2+ years of content marketing or copywriting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or performance-driven environments

Strong writing instincts in your native language — you write for humans, not style guides

Native or C2 level in the language of your target market, plus good English

Experience with at least two of: ad scripting, social content, influencer management, website copy

What You Can Expect

Salary : €65K–€150K, depending on market and experience
