We are looking for a high-potential finance professional to join the Corporate Finance team and act as a key partner to the CFO in understanding, challenging and improving business performance across the Group. Financial reporting and performance management You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic initiatives and helping shape how the Group measures, communicates and creates value.

Group

Performance & Management Reporting Own and continuously improve the Group's management reporting framework. Deliver meaningful, decision-oriented analysis, not just financial reports. Cash flow generation Working capital performance Identify risks, opportunities and performance gaps across business units.

Planning, Forecasting & Business Performance Report and review the annual budgeting across the Group. Coordinate quarterly forecasts and long-range planning exercises.



Challenge assumptions and ensure robust financial planning across business areas.

Prepare high-quality financial and business performance materials for: Lenders and financing partners Support the development of the Group's performance narrative. Cash generation This role offers significant visibility and interaction with senior stakeholders. Enhance automation, dashboarding and data visualization capabilities.

Improve data quality, consistency and reporting governance. Support the implementation of best-in-class FP&A; and performance management practices. Contribute to Finance transformation and digitalization initiatives.

You will help build the future finance function, not just operate the existing one. We are targeting strong finance professionals with a combination of analytical rigor, business understanding and stakeholder exposure. FP&A;, Corporate Finance or Business Controlling in international companies.
