You'll own the consumer journey across Fox Racing, Bell, Giro and CamelBak in European markets, helping us turn more customers into repeat buyers.Main responsibilitiesOwn, optimize and expand CRM and lifecycle email campaigns across EU brands: welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, price drop and nurture flows, with SMS coming soonBuild and maintain the retention calendar, aligned with seasonal launches, brand messaging and key productsRun the email marketing calendar for broadcast and segmented campaignsDevelop consumer segmentation based on RFM data and behaviorStay on top of CRM and retention trends, and bring forward recommendations on new channels like SMS and loyaltyPartner with Design, Marketing and Merchandising to deliver campaigns on time, including assets,



QA and landing pagesSupport database growth and lead generation through tactics like giveawaysRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally in retailAdvanced knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot or MailchimpStrong understanding of mobile-first email design and usabilityComfortable working with email analytics to guide strategy and executionGood understanding xugodme of digital/e-commerce KPIs and what drives performanceExperience with international campaigns, ideally at a European levelAdvanced professional English; another European language is a plusExperience with Google Analytics is a plusWhat we offerHybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 remote€10 meal voucher for every day worked from the office7 additional remote working days per yearEmployee discount on our brands Sounds like you?
