The Digital Lead

Consultant will drive strategic and delivery-focused digital transformation initiatives across complex industrial environments. Lead the development and execution of customer digital transformation strategies aligned with their business objectives. Program manage the delivery of digital programs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and leverage agile methodologies and best practices.

Manage cross-functional digital teams working on customer programs of work, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), data analytics, data governance, technical solution across IoT, OT, IT and cloud. Produce high-quality documentation and communications that support program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Tertiary qualification in Software, Mechatronics,



Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline. Minimum of 10 yrs experience delivering digital programs in industrial sectors. Mining, mineral and metal Data analysis, data engineering and data analytics, Solution architecture focus on OT/IT environments, Proven track record managing agile programs and applying agile methodologies.

Advanced communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.

Experience in process control and advanced process control technologies. Commercial and financial acumen and ability to translate complex customer needs into smart, scalable solutions.
