Start: ASAP We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Estate Manager to oversee the flawless operation of a private estate in Asturias, Spain. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in a stunning natural environment while leading a highly professional team to maintain the property's quality, order, and preservation. Oversee the preservation, order, and flawless operation of a 20-hectare private estate, including five buildings and surrounding parkland.
Develop and implement administrative and operational systems, including performance assessments and motivation strategies. Maintain cleanliness,
technical soundness, and immaculate condition of the property, ensuring the owner is relieved of daily operational burdens. Prior experience as a private estate manager is not required.
Commitment to quality, order, and responsibility, aligning with the estate's values of respect for nature and people. Ability to work independently in a remote, nature-rich environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
