In this role, you won't just be answering phones; you will serve as the face of a leading banking institution, helping customers manage their finances, navigate digital platforms, and resolve complex inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

What You'll Do - Expert Support: Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding account management, transactions, and digital banking tools.

- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide accurate, "human-first" solutions in a timely manner.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain high standards of data privacy and follow banking protocols to ensure secure transactions.

- Contract Types: 40-hour full-time standard, or 30-hour and 35-hour part-time options - Morning Shift: 07:00–15:00 - Afternoon Shift: 14:00–24:00 - Type: 100% On-site in our Valencia office Candidate Profile - Language Skills: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and solid English skills (B2 minimum).
- Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong potential. Prior banking or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Residency: Currently living in or willing to relocate to Valencia, with valid EU work authorization.
