In this role you will lead market research strategy and insights for Sanofi's pharma portfolio, partnering with the Insights and Analytics team to inform commercial decisions. You will drive end-to-end MR programs, supervise cross-functional collaboration, and shape brand and portfolio strategies through data-driven insights. This is a high-impact, global leadership role within a growing GTMC and Hubs network.

You will work with senior stakeholders to commercialize insights that accelerate performance and value across markets.

- Present MR insights to Senior Leadership and author engaging deliverables
- Select and oversee vendors for projects and ensure compliance with policies
- Coordinate fieldwork materials and reports, signing off final outputs
- Lead and develop MR team members as needed

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years of pharmaceutical market research experience
- Strong understanding of MR methodologies, with end-to-end quantitative and qualitative capabilities
- Strategic thinker with deep life-sciences xugodme knowledge
- Track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities with high quality
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Global/regional/local experience preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (prescription, sales, claims) preferred
- Product launch experience preferred
- Experience collaborating with new product planning, marketing, and value u0026 access functions
