In this role, you will lead a global team of 60–70 project managers across multiple locations to deliver Medical Affairs and Market Access initiatives. You will establish a Center of Excellence and drive standardized PM practices to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. You will oversee governance, performance metrics, and cost optimization while enabling digital enablement and scalable processes.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to align projects with strategic priorities and organizational goals. This is a chance to shape enterprise project management at Sanofi and accelerate impact across geographies.

- Lead and develop a global PM team across Bogota, Hyderabad, and potentially Budapest and other BO locations
- Establish and maintain a Project Management Center of Excellence and standardize methodologies
- Ensure consistent delivery quality across geographies, therapy areas, and project types
- Drive operational excellence and cost optimization via standardization and shared services




- Develop scalable PM frameworks adaptable to different project sizes and domains
- Directly manage Team Leads and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Medical leads, HEVA, and Commercial teams to align PM capabilities with business priorities
- Develop governance frameworks, metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
- Create PM tools, templates, and training programs to elevate organizational capabilities
- Identify automation opportunities and stay updated on PM industry trends

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 8–10 years of project management experience in a multinational xugodme company
- Proven experience managing large geographically distributed teams (30+ people)
- Knowledge of Medical Affairs and Market Access activities is a plus
- Experience building or leading centers of excellence or shared service functions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous
