For the continued strategic development of our PrimeServ O&M; division, we are looking for an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist - Naval Projects to join our team in Madrid.
As an ILS Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated international team and contribute directly to the successful delivery of advanced naval propulsion solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for general naval projects involving marine engines and complete propulsion systems for patrol vessels, complex warships, and other governmental applications. Our customers include navies, coast guards, shipyards, vessel owners, and naval design offices worldwide.
We can offer you the following tasks
- Execution of ILS projects as interdisciplinary function between Everllence departments, customer and sub-suppliers
- Preparation of offers and contract negotiations
- Coordination with technical departments and external suppliers
- Review of program reports, technical specifications and ILS guidelines in accordance with the project specific requirements
- Implementation of international and national Navy standards in accordance with the project specific requirement
- Identification of potential problems in the areas of acquisition, cost, data management and technical documentation
- Preparation of project-specific ILS data such as maintenance plans, equipment breakdowns, spare parts and tool lists
- Procurement of data and documents from subcontractors
- Review and implementation of ILS master data in SAP
- Optimization of workflows and processes for ILS data preparation
You can help us with these qualifications
- Degree qualifications in Engineering, preferably Marine engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, engineering, or military environment related to naval systems, maritime operations, or marine diesel engines
- Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), engineering, material management, and maintenance activities
- Deep understanding of the application of US Military and or Commercial Logistics standards
- Strong knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Fluency in English and Spanish. German is a plus
