We're partnering with a rapidly growing data center platform expanding aggressively across Europe. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager – Acquisition & Investment to lead strategic site acquisitions and secure land for future hyperscale data center developments.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of real estate, investment, commercial negotiations, and data center development, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver development-ready sites.

What you'll be doing

Lead the end-to-end acquisition process for land and existing properties suitable for data center development

Source and evaluate potential sites through brokers, landowners, industrial parks, and strategic networks

Drive commercial negotiations, due diligence, LOIs, contracts, and transaction execution

Partner closely with legal, finance, technical and development teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle

Build strong relationships with landowners, brokers,



consultants and key market stakeholders

Manage the acquisition pipeline and provide strategic recommendations for investment decisions

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in land acquisition, industrial real estate, site selection, or infrastructure investments

Strong commercial negotiation and transaction execution experience

Familiarity with land acquisition processes, due diligence, LOIs and contract negotiations

Experience in data centers, logistics, industrial parks, renewable energy or other infrastructure sectors is highly preferred

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple internal functions

Willingness to travel for site visits and negotiations
