WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?Solid experience as a hands-on Project Manager in digital / IT projectsStrong communication skills and proven stakeholder management experienceDemonstrated ability in project planning, risk management, and proactive problem-solvingExperience coordinating Agile / SDLC delivery, including testing and operational handoverGood working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BIStrong eCommerce background and experience with Mobile ApplicationsUX/UI knowledge with a strong attention to detail and user-centric mindsetAbility to work in cross-functional, international teams and manage multiple initiatives in parallelProfessional proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus WHAT WILL YOU DO? Lead end-to-end eCommerce and mobile app projects, from kickoff to successful deliveryCoordinate Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure SDLC best practicesManage project plans, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryAct as the main point of contact for business and technical stakeholders,



aligning expectations and prioritiesOversee testing activities and support operational handover to production and support teamsUse Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI to track progress, document decisions, and report on KPIsCollaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product teams to guarantee high-quality user experiencesIdentify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and delivery practicesPrepare and present status reports and executive updates to senior stakeholders WHY US?
