We're hiring a fluent German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the DACH market.

This is a hunter role: outbound, cold-outreach-first, full-cycle sales. You will identify prospects, run a consultative sales process, and close deals — not manage inbound leads or existing accounts.

Run a consultative sales process (MEDDIC methodology) negotiate pricing and contract terms Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets 1–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally SMB-focused Full sales cycle experience: prospecting through closing C2 German, plus fluent English or Spanish Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) Valid EU work permit required SaaS experience, ideally in eCommerce, search, or digital marketing Market research or competitor analysis experience Permanent contract (Indefinido) €
