We are part of Intracon, together with Intracon Consulting. We're looking for an Event Manager to join one of our international projects with a leading technology client. Someone with real agency or consulting experience who can run international corporate events end to end.

Versátil, combining f2f work with teleworking

Reporting to our Event Team Lead and Event Director, and working closely with the internal and client teams, some of your main responsibilities will be:

Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of assigned events, from planning to execution and post-event evaluation

Identify, evaluate and onboard new (sustainable) suppliers for different event needs

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery

Oversee event budgets, reporting and performance tracking

Prepare key documentation, timelines and operational plans for each event





Lead onsite event delivery for a number of events across EMEA

Propose innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance event experiences

Participate in daily coordination with the international Project Team

Contribute to weekly planning and alignment meetings with the Events Team

3+ years of previous experience in event management

~ Experience working with project management tools

~ Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (oral and written)

~ Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of design tools is a plus)

~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

~ Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail

~ Creative and innovative mindset to develop engaging event experiences

~ Willingness to travel internationally to deliver assigned events
