Engineer in the TechOps team , you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Engineering, Infrastructure, and Customer Operations. You will own incident governance, triage complex data/system anomalies, and build a reliable platform that scales effortlessly with our expanding client base. Proactive Monitoring & Observability: System Capacity & Performance: Experience operating close to production in Software Engineering roles managing production environments.

Driven by curiosity and data: You love learning by doing, diving deep into technical issues,



analyzing logs and system metrics to make data-informed decisions, and getting your hands dirty to solve complex problems. Agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM). English and Spanish .
