We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel for the EMEA Region to join the RES Services team.

You will advise on contracts across EMEA operations, ensure legal compliance, manage risks, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to support our renewable energy projects. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, providing clear legal guidance to operational and technical teams Collaborate with Services legal team and relevant business units Liaise with external legal advisors, ensuring quality, consistency, and value for money Support legal compliance across EMEA jurisdictions Oversee contract governance and compliance with corporate policies and procedures Provide training to internal teams on processes and best practices 4 years of professional experience in legal, contract management or a related commercial role, with strong experience in drafting,



reviewing and negotiating commercial and service contracts, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure ~ A Law degree and/or admission to practice in Spain would be considered a plus ~ Bilingual Spanish–English ~ Excellent communication skills, able to explain legal concepts clearly to technical and operational teams ~ We are committed to supporting both your personal and professional development through continuous learning and career development opportunities.
