To support our growth, we are looking for an ambitious M&A; / Fundraising / IPO Intern to join our office in Las Palmas and gain hands-on exposure to strategic transactions while contributing directly to business origination, fundraising execution, and deal preparation.

Your Role

This internship offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of business development, financial advisory, and strategic transactions.

You will actively contribute to both origination and deal structuring, with direct exposure to live mandates and real-world corporate finance projects.

- Business Development & Origination: Identify and prospect companies seeking financing, fundraising, or strategic advisory services
- Participate in selling high-value financial services: equity & debt fundraising, IPO advisory, M&A;, and strategic finance
- Build and enrich a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Support outreach toward entrepreneurs, executives, institutional investors, and strategic partners
- Help identify public and private tenders and commercial opportunities
- M&A; / Fundraising Execution: Assist in structuring fundraising and strategic finance operations
- ⁠Prepare investor materials: pitch decks, teasers, information memoranda, and data rooms
- Conduct market research, company analysis, and investor mapping
- Support investor targeting and outreach campaigns
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic financial documentation
- IPO & Strategic Transactions: Contribute to the preparation and structuring of IPO projects
- Assist in coordinating stakeholders:



legal counsel, financial advisors, and listing partners
- Support executives throughout transaction processes and capital market preparation
- Tenders & Strategic Proposals: Analyze client requirements and project specifications
- Assist in drafting commercial and technical proposals
- Coordinate internal efforts to support business development initiatives

Who You Are

We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious profile combining commercial drive and analytical rigor.

You may be

- A student in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Interested in M&A;, fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, IPOs, or capital markets
- Comfortable working professionally in English
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, proactive, and eager to learn in a demanding environment
- Bonus Points If You have prior exposure to business development, sales, or corporate finance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest in technology, engineering, startups, or strategic finance
