As Procurement Category Manager for Shrink u0026amp; Stretch Films and Handles across Europe, you will shape sourcing strategies to deliver value, quality, and sustainable supply. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders, CEPG, and The Coca-Cola Company to drive procurement excellence and measurable business impact. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation, with a focus on sustainability and supplier diversity.
You will lead cross-border sourcing initiatives and monitor savings delivery to support Europe-wide supply chain performance.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and act as a trusted procurement advisor
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for competitive advantage, cost optimisation, and sustainable value
- Lead sourcing projects and harmonisation using the 7-Step Sourcing Process
- Identify opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership and create value beyond cost
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts for optimal commercial outcomes
- Drive supplier performance via SRM programmes
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate market volatility
- Lead European sourcing and tender activities to secure benefits and high service levels
- Deliver procurement projects supporting supply chain excellence across Europe
- Monitor initiatives, projects, and savings against targets with accurate reporting
- Champion sustainability initiatives across suppliers and contribute to environmental goals
- Explore innovative sourcing opportunities and develop new supply sources xugodme
Responsabilidades
- Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management
- Strong project management and change management capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills for commercial and strategic opportunity assessment
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, able to engage senior leaders
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach with accountability for category performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English
