Employment Type: B2B / Freelance Contract Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance Diagnose network issues related to IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN Assist in network installations, upgrades, and patching activities Ensure network security and follow best practices Maintain network documentation and update configurations Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors 1–3 years of experience in Network Support / Network Engineering ~ Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) ~ Basic knowledge of network security principles ~ Experience with VPN and remote access technologies ~ Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems ~ Relevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus ~
