Estate, a leading luxury agency on Marbella’s Golden Mile, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our operations smooth and our listings shining. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a high-end environment, this is your chance to be part of Marbella’s most dynamic real estate team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage and update property listings across CRM and major portals (Inmobalia experience is a plus). Create and send marketing newsletters highlighting new listings and market updates. Track and present activity reports showing your progress and results.

Coordinate schedules, client communications, and daily office tasks to ensure everything runs seamlessly.



What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role , preferably in real estate . Fluent in Spanish and English — both are essential.

Living in or near Marbella (this is not a remote role). Confident with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems). Organized, proactive, and results-oriented — you get things done and like seeing the numbers behind your work.
