You will act as a key scientific and strategic partner to cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Leading the development and execution of COA strategies across all therapeutic areasAdvising clinical teams on the selection and implementation of appropriate COAs (PROs, ClinROs, eCOAs, etc.)Overseeing COA validation,



psychometric analyses and scientific qualityLeading COA projects end‑to‑end with vendors and internal stakeholdersCollaborating with clinical, biostatistics, regulatory and data management teamsContributing to regulatory interactions, submissions and scientific communicationsStaying at the forefront of COA methodologies, standards and regulatory expectationsProfile sought:MSc or PhD in Life Sciences, Psychology, Psychometrics, Biostatistics or related disciplinesMinimum 3
