The Retail P&C; Business Partner will report directly to the Retail P&C; Manager and work in partnership with the Regional Retail Area Manager and Store Managers to support the successful delivery of Human Company Policies.

Support the business on human resources management in all the key processes, managing the To lead all Retail recruiting processes.



To liaise with Retail Regional Manager and coordinate with Head of Retail HR and Retail finance controller in order to manage efficiently and timely business planning, budgeting and forecast processes, for both personnel and HR functional costs.

Internal: Country Directors, Area Managers, Retail staff (managers and other retail staff), Retail dpt, Communication dpt, Personnel Administration dpt, Legal dpt, Finance dpt, Integral Retail Summit Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience as a HR Business Partner within a retail business. Strong commercial understanding. Fluent in Spanish and English.
