As People Ops Specialist - Health u0026amp; Safety you oversee occupational health and safety across Barcelona and coordinate with teams and external services to keep processes compliant. You’ll support day-to-day People Ops needs while driving safety, well-being, and equality initiatives across sites in Spain and Mexico. This role blends hands-on operational support with strategic security and compliance, offering meaningful impact on people’s wellbeing and a growth-focused culture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own Health u0026 Safety for Barcelona and set shared criteria across sites
- Coordinate with external prevention service on risk assessments, health surveillance and audits
- Maintain emergency plans, evacuation drills, signage, and health u0026 safety training
- Investigate and document accidents; track indicators and implement corrective actions
- Guard labor compliance: workers' statute, collective bargaining agreements, working time records, and policies
- Advance the Equality Plan: implementation, monitoring,



and harassments policy ownership
- Handle onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, and inquiries about contracts, payroll, or benefits
- Align processes across countries with People Ops teams in Mexico and Germany and contribute to cross-functional projects

Responsabilidades

- Expert/proficient-level Spanish and solid English
- Degree in HR/ Occupational Health u0026 Safety
- 3–4 years in Health u0026 Safety and/or generalist People Ops/HR roles
- Experience with external prevention services (SPA) xugodme and labor advisory firms
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law (Workers' Statute, Law 31/1995, RD 901/2020, RD 902/2020)
- Rigorous, detail-oriented approach with discretion and service mindset
- Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work across countries
- Comfort with Excel/Sheets for reporting indicators
