Role Description AI > Human workflow. This role suits someone who enjoys combining analytical rigor with strategic thinking and is comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Strong performance marketing expertise, including experience with paid social, paid search, and other digital acquisition channels. Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and attribution,



including comfort with tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and funnel analysis. Experience with experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing, creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid/ budget optimization.

Ability to collaborate on strategy and creative, working closely with cross-functional partners to align campaigns with business objectives. Comfort working with AI-enabled tools for campaign management, analysis, and workflow acceleration, while applying human judgment to final decisions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders or clients.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing time, priorities, and multiple projects with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing. Experience in high-growth environments (e.g., Saa S, e Commerce, B2 B services) and familiarity with building scalable acquisition systems is a plus. xugodme
