This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains – working closely with R&D;, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry. Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing. Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers' requirements, specifications and approval processes. Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills. Knowledge and networking withing the Wire & Cable industry.
Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites.
Main Tasks: Lead and implement the global Wire & Cable product strategy. Cross-functional collaboration with local and integral sales and R&D; teams. Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities. Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire & Cable space. Product expert in customer meetings.
Coordinate the OEM co-operations across the global sales teams. Strategy development for the Wire & Cable R&D; teams. xugodme Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral.
