In this role, you will drive the financial performance of ICF activities within the Europe u0026amp; Asia Business Management team. You will work closely with project managers and directors to provide accurate forecasts, revenue profiling, and budgets, supporting sound decision-making. You’ll manage month-end processes, monitor project financials, and ensure contract and SOX-aligned project set-ups in ERP.

You’ll also handle client billing, WIP reduction efforts, and ad-hoc analysis to improve financial outcomes. This position suits a motivated finance professional who thrives in cross-functional, process-driven environments and wants visible impact across projects.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Project re-forecasting in line with ICF policies to ensure correct revenue recognition
- Forecasting, revenue profiling and budgeting responsibilities




- Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Directors across diverse teams
- Monitor and analyze project financials with project leadership
- Own portfolio of projects and manage month-end processes and reporting
- New project set-ups in ERP in accordance with contract and SOX regulations
- Calculate and post monthly sub-contractor accruals
- Contribute to month-end processes and reporting
- Client billing and coordination with xugodme Treasury to monitor aged debts and reduce WIP
- Ad-hoc duties as required

Responsabilidades

- 2+ years’ experience in finance, preferably within professional services
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modelling)
- Experience with financial systems (Maconomy)
- Desire to study or pursue finance qualification
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
