As a Project Manager in Madrid, you lead the project team and coordinate delivery to meet client objectives and Townsend standards. You define development strategy with the client and Project Director, and establish procedures for successful delivery. You act as the main client liaison, manage governance, cost, schedule, risk, and procurement, and ensure quality across the lifecycle. You work in an international context on high-profile projects that shape outcomes for clients and communities.

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) or related disciplines
- Approx. 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in construction, office, logistics/industrial, or similar projects
- Understanding of full project life cycle from inception xugodme to post-project review
- Excellent knowledge of main project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, MS Project, office productivity tools, and BIM platforms
- Strong communication skills for international context
- Highly motivated and client-focused
- Fluent in Spanish and min. B3 level in English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
