Mazars and support our Quality & Risk Management function across Switzerland from our Center of Excellence in Barcelona. As a Quality & Risk Officer, you will contribute to the firm's acceptance, independence, ethics, and risk management processes, while ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities, coordinating internal processes, and supporting teams in a dynamic international environment. Perform risk assessments, including KYC/AML reviews, international sanctions screening, and cryptocurrency-related risk analyses.

Participate in monitoring activities, quality assurance reviews, and internal control procedures.



Contribute to strategic cross-functional projects at both the local and Group levels. Manage registrations and filings with the Swiss Commercial Register.

Draft reports, analyses, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent higher education qualification. 1-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related field, with a strong interest in compliance and risk management. Solid knowledge of KYC/AML requirements, international sanctions frameworks, and the cryptocurrency sector.
