Drive shift from site-based to unified regional operating model Deliver TPM, OEE, and bottleneck improvement across plants Implement centralised planning across supply chain and production Reduce logistics inefficiencies and inventory costs Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field + MBA is preferable.
A leader who can build and coach plant manager across the various sites. Multilingualism is a prerequisite (English + Italian/Spanish)
