Roccabox Property Group is growing and we're looking for a confident, energetic Rentals Consultant to join our team in Nueva Andalucía.

You don't need years of real estate experience.

What we're looking for is someone with previous sales or client-facing experience who is confident speaking to people, quick to build relationships and knows how important great follow-up is.

If you're organised, ambitious, personable and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, this could be a brilliant move into Marbella property.

THE ROLE

You'll work with clients looking to rent property across Marbella and the surrounding areas, helping them find the right home and managing the process from initial enquiry through to agreement.

Speak with and qualify new rental enquiries

Understand exactly what each client is looking for

Match clients with suitable properties

Arrange and attend property viewings

Build relationships with tenants and property owners

Stay on top of follow-ups and active enquiries

Negotiate and progress rental agreements

Work closely with our wider rentals and property team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous sales, hospitality or client-facing experience

Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking on the phone

Naturally good with people

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organised and consistent with follow-up

Proactive and comfortable managing your own day

Fluent English

Additional languages are a strong advantage

Full driving licence

Previous property or rentals experience is a plus, but it isn't essential.
