Kaspersky is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for development, management and roll-out of integrated marketing campaigns for the retail sector as well as support in the development and roll-out of integrated campaigns for corporate customers and channel.

Employment Type: Full-time According to Convenio Colectivo del Sector del Comercio del Metal Develop and execute the annual B2B marketing plan in alignment with business objectives, sales priorities and budget

- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate awareness, demand and pipeline
- Develop and execute joint marketing plans with Partner Marketing Managers in line with the Channel Sales strategy, including MDF-funded activities and channel communications
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation, financial accuracy and budget control
- Develop campaign content and execute targeted lead nurturing and lifecycle communications across different products, audiences and customer stages
- Measure and report marketing performance,



including campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, revenue influence and agreed KPIs
- Ensure accuratecampaign and lead tracking, attribution and database management across marketing and CRM systems
- Collaborate with European Marketing, Sales, Channel and other key stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment of marketing activities. 10+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role; ~ Fluent English; additional languages such as Portuguese, French or Italian are an advantage; ~ Experience in marketing communications and content creation; ~ Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to analyze campaign performance, ROI, pipeline contribution and business impact; ~ Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing plans with clearly defined objectives and measures of success; ~ Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure; ~ Data-driven andresults-oriented mindset; ~ Opportunities for career and professional development;
