Location: 100% Remote (Occasional travel to Madrid, Spain, based on project requirements) Permanent / Freelance The service involves supporting the SAP migration project from ECC to S/4HANA across all project phases, followed by the implementation of additional functionalities available in the new version. Prepare solution analysis documentation, including:
- Business Blueprint documents - Functional Design Specifications - Other functional and project-related documentation Implement solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Support the deployment of new functionalities and process improvements available in S/4HANA.
Experience as a Senior SAP HCM Consultant.
Strong expertise in
- SAP HCM PA/PY (Personnel Administration & Payroll)- SAP HCM PT (Time Management)- SAP HCM PD (Personnel Development) Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects. English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
Experience working with offshore teams.
