At Outright Games, we’re looking for a Senior Community Manager to become one of the key voices connecting our games with the people who play them.
We’re looking for someone who understands gaming communities, knows how to build meaningful engagement across different platforms and can turn community feedback, conversations and trends into valuable insights for the wider business.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll take ownership of community engagement across our portfolio of games, including:
- Developing and managing community engagement strategies across multiple titles
- Managing and growing communities across Discord, Steam, Twitch and social platforms
- Monitoring conversations, sentiment and player feedback and sharing insights with internal teams
- Planning community activations, livestreams, giveaways and other engagement initiatives
- Managing 3+ Discord servers, including moderation, roles, channels and moderator profiles
- Supporting Steam events, store pages, community hubs, forums and streaming activity
- Planning and executing Twitch activations, including Twitch Drops
- Identifying and engaging streamers, content creators, ambassadors and influencers
- Working closely with PR and Marketing around key launches and campaigns
- Coordinating first-party support opportunities with Nintendo, PlayStation and Xbox
- Scheduling and publishing social copy in collaboration with the content team
You’ll also oversee our Customer Service chatbot, working with Production and QA teams to improve responses, FAQs and the overall player support experience.
And, of course, data matters: you’ll track community growth, sentiment, engagement and trends to understand what’s working and where we can improve.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Community Management, Customer Service, Online Marketing, PR, Journalism or a related field
- Native-level English proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced experience managing Discord communities
- Strong understanding of Steam and Twitch, including livestreaming and community activation best practices
- Experience using social media and community management tools
- Comfortable working with analytics, reporting and community insights
- Proactive, creative and solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal and mediation skills
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and genuinely enjoys being part of gaming communities
If gaming communities are your natural habitat and you know the difference between simply having followers and actually building a community, we’d love to hear from you.
