You'll be responsible for understanding the market, speaking directly with developers and customers, tracking what's happening across the rapidly changing GenAI landscape, and deciding what gets built, and, just as importantly, what doesn't.What you'll own:Product strategy, roadmap and prioritisationRegular customer and developer discoveryCompetitor and market intelligenceMonitoring GenAI communities,
trends and emerging productsTurning customer insight into product decisionsWorking closely with engineering to take ideas through to launchContinuously improving the developer experienceWhat we're looking for:Around 3–5 years of strong product experience, although exceptional candidates with less will be consideredGenuine obsession with generative media — image, video and/or audioStrong product judgement and the confidence to say no to features that shouldn't be builtA technical mindset — you don't need to code, but you should be comfortable working closely with engineers and technical usersSomeone who speaks to real users rather xhfqzwm than relying solely on data or AI-generated insightsExcellent communication skills and a naturally curious, hands-on approachComfortable operating in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environmentAbility to overlap significantly with US working hoursIf you're the kind of person who spends your spare time trying the latest image/video models, follows what the AI community is building, and has strong opinions about what makes a genuinely great product, I'd love to hear from you.
