What you will be doing:

Owning the web journey, from landing pages and onboarding quizzes through to app conversion.

Turning one universal funnel into personalised, intent-based journeys, using A/B testing and data at every step.

Shipping and experimenting at pace in a small, data-led team with high autonomy,



working closely with Performance Marketing, Design, Engineering and Data.

What we are looking for

Experience owning onboarding in scaled web-to-mobile app businesses.

Experience with complex, multi-step journeys, quizzes, plan builders, personalised flows, not just simple checkouts. xugodme

Experience using AI in your day-to-day product work, plus a genuine love of testing ideas and moving fast.
