In this role you drive the vision and delivery of Agentic AI and Generative AI products. You translate business needs into features and manage the product roadmap from discovery to deployment. You collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and data teams to create AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business value.

You stay ahead of Generative AI and cloud tech, ensuring responsible AI, governance, and security. This is a cross-functional, client-facing role with impact across transformation initiatives.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions
- Translate business requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities
- Lead discovery to MVP and oversee development, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, architects, AI engineers, software developers, and data teams
- Apply knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and guardrails when defining capabilities
- Define and monitor success metrics across value, adoption, quality, cost, and AI performance
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, governance, security,



and privacy policies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities
- Support business development and proposition shaping within AI practice
- Stay current with Generative AI and cloud technologies and translate innovations into strategy and delivery

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Significant experience as Product Owner/PM/TPM delivering technology products
- Proven experience in Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions
- Strong understanding of xugodme LLM technologies, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, tool calling, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, guardrails
- Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud architectures, enterprise integrations, and modern software delivery practices
- Experience with cloud/AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across technical and business audiences
- Client-facing consulting experience is desirable
- Passion for innovation and AI-enabled transformation
