Senior Planner – Data Centres & HV InfrastructureLocation: Remote – EuropeTravel: European project travel as requiredSalary: €120,000 + BenefitsSector: Hyperscale Data Centres / Mission CriticalWe are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join a growing contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe.This is a remote-based position, offering the flexibility to work from home while travelling to live projects and client meetings across Europe when required.With a strong pipeline of new-build developments across multiple European markets, this is an opportunity to take a key planning role across technically complex, fast-paced projects while maintaining significantly more flexibility than a traditional site-based position.The RoleAs Senior Planner, you will be responsible for developing, managing and reporting against detailed project programmes from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.You will work closely with Project Directors, construction teams, commercial teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure programmes are realistic, fully integrated and actively used to drive project delivery.Key responsibilities will include:Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6Produce baseline programmes, short-term lookaheads and recovery programmesMonitor progress against key milestones and identify potential delaysAnalyse the critical path and highlight programme risksWork closely with project teams to develop mitigation and recovery strategiesIntegrate CSA,



MEP and commissioning activities into the master programmeReview subcontractor programmes and challenge sequencing and productivity assumptionsProduce weekly and monthly planning reports for senior management and clientsSupport tendering and pre-construction planning for upcoming European projectsAttend project sites across Europe as requiredDrive planning best practice across multiple projects and project teamsAbout YouWe are looking for someone with:Strong experience as a Senior Planner / Project Planner on major construction projectsAdvanced Primavera P6 capabilityData centre or other mission-critical project experience strongly preferredGood understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces and critical path analysisExperience working across CSA, MEP and commissioning programmesStrong reporting and programme analysis skillsConfidence challenging Project Managers, subcontractors xugodme and senior stakeholdersExperience working on projects valued at €100m+ would be advantageousWillingness to travel across Europe when requiredFull professional fluency in EnglishThe Package€120,000 salary + benefitsAlongside the package, the position offers:Remote working when not required on project sitesTravel across major European data centre marketsExposure to large-scale hyperscale developmentsLong-term European project pipelineOpportunity to work across multiple projects rather than being permanently tied to one siteStrong progression opportunities as the planning function and European portfolio continue to growThis role would particularly suit an experienced planner who wants to remain involved in major European data centre construction while moving away from a permanently site-based position.
