In this role, you design business-driven, scalable solutions across a unified employee-platform ecosystem. You collaborate with mature engineering teams to transform fragmented portals into a single, cohesive system that meets enterprise standards. You balance user experience, architecture governance, and data models to enable AI-enabled improvements in existing platforms.

- Manage non-functional requirements and fitness functions; document and evolve architecture across the product lifecycle
- Articulate vision and maintain roadmaps; assess impacts on capabilities, risk, and application landscape




- Create conceptual and logical data models for solutions and interfaces; drive reference architectures and ADRs
- Explain complex information to stakeholders; foster consensus and information sharing
- Maintain employee-centric mindset with user-research to reduce digital adoption friction
- Map complex employee journeys and unify experiences into intuitive UX/UI
- Ensure ecosystem integration through APIs, data flows, and scalable portal layouts

Responsabilidades

- 3 years of experience in designing xugodme business-driven, standards-based solutions within a specific context
- Experience maintaining vision and roadmaps; assessing impacts on risk and application landscapes
- Proficiency in creating conceptual/logical data models and taxonomies/ontologies
- Ability to define reference architectures, patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions
- Experience with APIs, data flows, and UI frameworks; capability to assess external technology trends and vendor options
